Well what a night.  We had an absolute ball.  In the end we had over 80 guests coming from all over Australia, our biggest turn out in 8 years.  We benefitted greatly from reminiscing with old colleagues and I am sure (knowing Navy culture) the Transcontinental did as well with the bar takings.  Thanks heaps for organising the space for us.  We will keeping this location in mind for future events which do happen yearly around the same time.  Also a big thanks to the staff for attending to our thirsty needs and in particular the young lady with weird Halloween contact lenses who took some group photo’s for us, her name eludes me.  Please pass on my thanks to your team
