I did want to say thank you for the efforts of yourself, Ashley and the other staff – everyone really enjoyed the party and the timing of events was perfect.


Well what a night.  We had an absolute ball.  In the end we had over 80 guests coming from all over Australia, our biggest turn out in 8 years.  We benefitted greatly from reminiscing with old colleagues and I am sure (knowing Navy culture) the Transcontinental did as well with the bar takings.  Thanks heaps for organising the space for us.  We will keeping this location in mind for future events which do happen yearly around the same time.  Also a big thanks to the staff for attending to our thirsty needs and in particular the young lady with weird Halloween contact lenses who took some group photo’s for us, her name eludes me.  Please pass on my thanks to your team.

Just wanted to pass on my thanks to yourself and the staff at the Transcontinental Hotel for your assistance in organisation and preparation of our event, and for the smooth running of the event on the night. Having had very little experience in organising something like this, I really appreciated your patience in answering my questions, explaining run sheets etc in the lead up to the event.  Similarly, I also owe a big thank you to Alex for assistance on the night of our event, as well as to all the staff who were working the event who could not have done more to ensure our event ran smoothly.
